Verizon FiOS

My building finally got wired for FiOS (Verizon's fiber optic service). I had it installed today and am quite impressed!

If you don't understand these numbers, they basically mean I am unstoppable.

Numbers look nice.
How about the services:
Do you get a public IP address?
Can you run services on your home machine?

My IP address didn't change but I don't think its guaranteed to be static. I was running a public web server for a while without any issues.
